Delaware North Sportservice is a prominent food, beverage, and retail provider operating at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. This 20,000-seat venue opened in 2017 and serves as the home for the NHL's Detroit Red Wings and the NBA's Detroit Pistons. We are currently seeking seasonal Club Attendants to join our dedicated team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit. This position offers a fast-paced, engaging opportunity where efforts and dedication are recognized and rewarded. Club Attendants play a crucial role in the smooth operation of assigned luxury suites and club areas within the arena. The role involves preparing the club spaces, ensuring they are fully stocked and ready to welcome guests, serving guests efficiently, and attending to their needs throughout events. This position demands excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly. The Club Attendant will be responsible for communicating orders to kitchen and bar staff, suggesting additional menu items to enhance guest experiences, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of suites during events. Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, especially those concerning alcohol service, is a vital part of this role.

This seasonal opportunity offers hourly pay at $17.06, with shifts available in the evenings, on holidays, weekends, and during special events. Job Requirements

  • No high school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full-service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of the shift
  • Exposure to variable temperatures
  • May be required to work in narrow spaces

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full-service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment
  • Previous experience as a club runner preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare the club and ensure all items are in place for guest arrival, including those ordered in advance of the event
  • Anticipate guests' needs, suggest additional items such as appetizers and desserts, and communicate in-suite orders to kitchen and bar staff
  • Ensure all laws and regulations are being followed, including checking for identification before serving alcohol
  • Maintain suite orderliness and cleanliness throughout the event
  • Obtain signatures from the suite host on any charges incurred
