The Premium Club and Catering Manager role at Delaware North Sportservice is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to lead and oversee the Lexus Club and all catering operations at KeyBank Center. This position plays a crucial role in delivering premium guest experiences during NHL games and other events, ensuring the highest standards of service and operational efficiency. The manager will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising food and beverage staff, coordinating event day activities, and maintaining quality assurance and safety standards.
Additionally, the role involves financial management duties such as preparing monthly projection reports, managing inventory, cash controls, payroll systems, and budgeting. The manager will work closely with both front and back-of-house teams to create seamless event operations that delight guests and support team member success. This position offers a competitive base salary of $62,354 per year, along with an annual bonus plan or uncapped sales incentive, reflecting the company’s commitment to rewarding outstanding performance.

Job Duties
- Hire and train food and beverage team members for the catering and clubs department
- schedule, coordinate, and supervise the clubs and catering team members and operation on event days
- provide ongoing job performance feedback to team members
- partner with front and back-of-house management to ensure event day operations are effective and successful for guests and team members
- handle guest relations and ensure quality assurance standards are maintained
- follow and maintain safety and sanitation procedures
- ensure proper repair and maintenance of food service equipment
- prepare monthly projection reports
- ensure effective systems for cash, inventory, and payroll are in place
