Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years hospitality management experience
  • strong leadership and team-building abilities
  • experience with inventory management, cost control, and procurement
  • financial management and budgeting experience
  • data analysis and independent decision-making skills
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and event days
  • no formal degree required

Job Duties

  • Hire and train food and beverage team members for the catering and clubs department
  • schedule, coordinate, and supervise the clubs and catering team members and operation on event days
  • provide ongoing job performance feedback to team members
  • partner with front and back-of-house management to ensure event day operations are effective and successful for guests and team members
  • handle guest relations and ensure quality assurance standards are maintained
  • follow and maintain safety and sanitation procedures
  • ensure proper repair and maintenance of food service equipment
  • prepare monthly projection reports
  • ensure effective systems for cash, inventory, and payroll are in place
