This specific opportunity is with Delaware North Sportservice, which manages concessions, clubs, and suites for the NHL’s Buffalo Sabres at the KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York. Delaware North oversees critical food and beverage operations within the arena, including membership-exclusive fine dining experiences, premium club services, and large-scale catering functions. The position being offered is that of Premium Club and Catering Manager, a leadership role critical to the successful operation of the Lexus Club and all associated catering functions at the KeyBank Center. This is a full-time role with an anticipated salary of $62,354 annually, complemented by a performance-based bonus plan and an uncapped sales incentive scheme, rewarding individual and company achievements. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing team members, managing operations on event days, ensuring outstanding guest relations, and maintaining high standards of safety and sanitation.
