The role of Club Manager at Aramark involves overseeing premium or club-level operations to support all events, ensuring exceptional service delivery and the highest standards of quality. This position is pivotal in managing all aspects of the concessions operation, including staffing, training, scheduling, and maintaining inventory. The Club Manager will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient product and service delivery that exceeds customer expectations. In addition to managing club-level daily operations, this role involves collaboration with the catering team on non-game days and special premium events. The Club Manager also plays an essential role in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while developing strategies that maximize revenue and profitability.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • at least 3 years of related experience
  • previous experience in supervisor or manager level role in special events, hospitality, or catering
  • ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport
  • excellent interpersonal communication and client relation skills
  • completion of Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required
  • ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
  • availability to work event-based hours including evening, weekend, and holiday hours

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff to ensure that the concessions operation is fully staffed and that employees are trained in all aspects of the operation
  • Ensure that all products and services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner and meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and storage of all products
  • Deliver consistent quality in planning and carrying out events
  • Oversee day-to-day club-level operations
  • assist the catering team on non-game days and as needed to oversee premium special events
  • Maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners
  • Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport
  • Develop and implement strategies for maximizing revenue and profitability of the club concessions operation
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the concessions operation, including sanitation, safety, and security measures
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including those related to food service and alcohol service
