The role of Club Manager at Aramark involves overseeing premium and club-level operations to support all events held at the venue. This position is a critical leadership role responsible for managing a wide range of activities across concession services and event execution. The Club Manager will directly supervise and coordinate a team of staff, ensuring that all concessions are adequately staffed and that employees receive proper training in every aspect of their roles. Ensuring prompt and efficient delivery of products and services that meet or exceed customer expectations is a key responsibility. The manager handles inventory management which includes ordering, receiving, and storing products appropriately to maintain optimal stock levels.
In addition to managing day-to-day club operations, the Club Manager supports the catering team during non-game days and premium special events, providing comprehensive oversight to guarantee consistent event quality and client satisfaction. The role demands managing vendor relationships and maintaining strong rapport with external suppliers and partners. Strategic leadership is essential as the Club Manager is tasked with developing and implementing initiatives aimed at maximizing revenue streams and profitability from the club concessions operations. This includes financial management duties such as budgeting, forecasting, and regular financial reporting.
Furthermore, the Club Manager is responsible for establishing and enforcing operational policies and procedures that address sanitation, safety, and security compliance. Strict adherence to all relevant laws and regulations, particularly those related to food service and alcohol handling, is mandatory. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment, exhibiting strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and an ability to collaborate within a team-oriented setting. The position requires physical stamina and flexibility in working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, aligning with various event schedules.
