Job Requirements
- Perform extensive and continuous standing and walking
- Ability to reach with hands and arms, sit, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl
- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Have the vision ability to adjust focus, peripheral vision and close vision
- Must have six months or more bartending experience
- Must have accurate cash handling skills
- Must be able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be available to work nights, weekends and long hours

Job Duties
- Demonstrate ability to meet company standards for guest service, interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
- Follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described
- Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures including state and federal regulations
- Learn or have knowledge of various beer, wine varieties and spirits and suggestively upsell products to guests
- Pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company standards for serving size
- Check guest's ID in accordance with state and federal regulations to verify minimum age requirement
- Communicate a cut-off to a guest as required
- Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if necessary
- Contact management if unable to resolve issues beyond standard decision-making
- Request additional product or restock as required
- Handle cash accurately and maintain issued bank at bar
- Maintain clean and sanitary work station and ensure bar equipment is clean and well maintained
- Perform set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and assist with cooler organization
