At Nu Stadium in Miami, Florida, Delaware North is excited to welcome a seasonal Bartender as part of its championship team. Nu Stadium is a state-of-the-art soccer stadium and entertainment destination that is set to open in 2026 as the future home of Inter Miami CF. You will be responsible for accurately fulfilling drink orders, handling payments including cash and credit transactions, and maintaining inventory levels and stock supplies to ensure smooth operations throughout events.

This position offers an hourly wage of $16.00, exclusive of potential tipped earnings, reflecting the tipped nature of the role. The seasonal opportunity provides exposure to a variety of shifts including days, evenings, holidays, weekends, and special events, allowing for work flexibility suitable for diverse schedules. The Bartender position is ideal for individuals with a minimum of two years frontline experience in high-volume bar or restaurant settings, who are comfortable working amidst the energy of large crowds and a bustling environment.

Delaware North is committed to supporting its team members with a comprehensive benefits package that includes weekly pay, training and development opportunities, employee discounts, and flexible work schedules. Eligible employees may also access health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plans with company match, paid vacation and holidays, parental bonding leave, employee assistance programs, and tuition or professional certification reimbursement. This role not only promises a rewarding work environment but also pathways for personal and career growth within a global legacy company dedicated to shaping the future of hospitality.

Working as a Bartender with Delaware North at Nu Stadium offers a unique chance to be part of a forward-thinking team in an iconic venue, contributing to the hospitality excellence that guests expect. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, value teamwork, and are passionate about delivering outstanding service, this position provides a platform to hone your skills and grow within an internationally respected organization.
