The company values diversity and inclusion, ensuring equal employment opportunities for all individuals regardless of race, gender, age, or other protected characteristics. With a focus on employee growth and development, Aramark offers a dynamic workplace where talent is nurtured, passions are fueled, and professional growth is encouraged. Employees have access to comprehensive benefits and are supported in their career journeys, making Aramark an employer of choice for many seeking meaningful and rewarding work.
This particular role is for a Premium Bartender position, which is an hourly, seasonal, and part-time employment opportunity. The role is designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, demanding environments and who excel at delivering outstanding guest hospitality. The Premium Bartender is responsible for the timely and efficient setup, service, and breakdown of premium bar areas, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction. A key responsibility is the proper and responsible serving of alcoholic beverages according to Aramark's Alcohol Policy. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, multitasking capabilities, and the ability to work flexibly through a scheduling app known as ReadyOn. This app allows bartenders to select their own shifts, with no guaranteed minimum weekly hours and an average annual cap of 25 hours per week.
The hourly compensation for the Premium Bartender position is competitively set at $22.75 per hour. As a seasonal role, the position offers flexible scheduling suited to individual availability and preferences. Employees benefit from comprehensive healthcare programs including medical, dental, and vision coverage, alongside work-life resources that support their overall well-being. Retirement savings plans such as 401(k) and paid leave options, including parental leave and disability coverage, are also available depending on eligibility, location, and employment status.
The Premium Bartender plays an integral part in enhancing guest experiences at events and venues by mixing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, assisting servers, verifying age eligibility for alcohol consumption, maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations, taking inventory counts, and ensuring all products are properly stocked. The bartender must also be adept at following event timelines and service notes, attending pre-shift meetings, and using point-of-sale systems to ensure accurate event billing. Maintaining a professional demeanor and excellent guest service standards throughout shifts is essential.
In summary, this opportunity offers an engaging and flexible work environment for individuals passionate about hospitality, guest service, and working in a vibrant, team-oriented setting. Aramark’s commitment to its employees is reflected in the comprehensive benefits, supportive culture, and opportunities for skill development offered through this role.
