The Premier Accounts Manager - Enterprise role within the Greater Giving team at Global Payments offers a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to make a significant impact in the nonprofit sector by supporting key fundraising initiatives. This position focuses on serving premier nonprofit clients by managing strategic enterprise accounts, facilitating successful fundraising events, and cultivating long-term client relationships. As a Premier Accounts Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for nonprofit organizations, working collaboratively with executive leadership and fundraising teams to plan, execute, and optimize initiatives including auctions, galas, and broader donor engagement strategies.

This role requires strong strategic account management capabilities, including leading regular client meetings, conducting account reviews, and engaging in strategic discussions with stakeholders. You will provide expert guidance on fundraising strategies and help clients optimize platform usage and event execution to enhance fundraising performance. Additionally, you will aim to drive customer retention, renewals, and account growth by identifying new opportunities for expanding services, products, and events. Monitoring account health and proactively addressing risks will be key responsibilities to ensure maximum client satisfaction and sustained success.

Collaboration is vital to this position, where you will work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver excellent client services. You will advocate for client needs while coordinating resources to resolve issues efficiently. Support for Professional Event Services including pre-event planning and travel to 6-10 fundraising events annually is also part of the job, offering hands-on experience with live fundraising events and in-person operations.

This full-time position offers a salary range of $65,000 to $75,000, with pay determined based on location, experience, and other job-related factors. Global Payments is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package, backed by an inclusive culture that recognizes and rewards talent.
