The Front Desk Agent position at Element in Springfield, MO, offers a dynamic career opportunity within the Midas Hospitality family. The Front Desk Agent serves as the first point of contact for arriving, departing, and in-house guests, managing telephone inquiries related to reservations, hotel information, and guest concerns.
