Job Duties
- Greet customers professionally and assist with service department needs
- manage vehicle flow in the service drive, service lane, service stalls, and dealership lot
- move customer vehicles safely throughout the dealership
- assist Service Advisors with daily operational tasks
- track and organize vehicle keys
- prepare customer vehicles for delivery after service repairs
- wash, clean, and inspect vehicles as needed
- maintain cleanliness of service areas, parking lots, and customer-facing spaces
- support dealership staff with various tasks and special projects
- perform additional duties as assigned by the Service Manager
