The position advertised is for a Pot Washer, a role vital to maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards that underpin the hotel’s reputation for exceptional hospitality. Offering an hourly wage of $26.50, this role requires flexibility, including availability to work AM and PM shifts, weekends, and holidays, with shift hours ranging from early mornings at 7 AM to late evenings until 11:30 PM. The Pot Washer plays a key role in the back-of-house operations, ensuring that all cooking utensils, pots, and pans are spotless to support seamless kitchen service and contribute to an overall excellent guest experience.

Job Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including AM, PM, weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting and scrubbing
- Willingness to comply with health, safety, and sanitation rules
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations
- Positive attitude and reliability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in kitchen cleaning or hospitality environment an asset
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Good physical stamina for manual labor
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Keep serviceware spotless by cleaning all cooking utensils, scrub pots and pans
- Monitor stock levels to ensure supplies and equipment are always well stocked and organized
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness including mopping and trash removal
- Train and mentor team members to strengthen team performance
- Comply with regulatory standards for health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness
- Support seamless kitchen service through efficient pot washing
