The company is currently seeking a full-time Spirits Portfolio Manager to join its dynamic team. This role is critical to expanding Ruby Wines Inc’s supplier portfolios by working closely with the sales force and ensuring excellent execution of brand strategies throughout Massachusetts. The Spirits Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing various aspects of supplier relationships, including setting sales goals, developing brand plan calendars, overseeing inventory forecasts, and launching new portfolio items. The position demands a strategic thinker who can collaborate with sales leadership and supplier partners to identify growth opportunities within the market. This role also requires frequent travel across Massachusetts to maintain a strong market presence and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
In addition to the core responsibilities of managing supplier portfolios and supporting sales initiatives, the Spirits Portfolio Manager will lead key supplier review meetings, handle Point of Sale orders, and manage allocated inventory items. The role involves a blend of analytical tasks, such as forecasting, and relationship management, requiring the candidate to be proficient in tools like Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations. - 3+ years of related sales experience

Job Duties
- Work with sales leaders to confirm supplier sales goals and communicate priorities
- Develop and execute brand plan calendars and incentive programs
- Maintain forecasts and support inventory planning
- Manage pre-sells and allocated items as needed
- Lead supplier review meetings with written recaps and follow-up
- Manage POS orders, new item setup, and portfolio launches
- Survey the market with sales management and supplier partners to identify opportunities
