This Director of Portfolio Development role is fully in-office, though it may occasionally require travel to support partnerships, programming, and brand initiatives related to the company’s portfolio development strategy.

This pivotal role entails leading the curation and expansion of a distinctive collection of luxury homes in key global markets. The Director of Portfolio Development is charged with sourcing, negotiating, and onboarding high-quality inventory that aligns with Quite Remarkable’s brand values and the demands of its discerning clientele. This requires a profound understanding of premium residential markets, a strong network of contacts among homeowners, brokers, and partners, and an entrepreneurial mindset capable of building and refining a portfolio from the ground up. This is a senior position ideal for candidates with a minimum of eight years in real estate, hospitality, or luxury travel, who possess a strong network in residential or hospitality markets, proven experience in deal negotiation and partnership management, and a keen eye for quality and brand alignment. The company offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000, complemented by eligibility for a company bonus incentive plan rewarding both individual contributions and overall company success.
