Job Duties

  • Coordinate job duties with other opening team members to ensure efficient restaurant preparation
  • Complete scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and correctly according to the maintenance calendar
  • Provide superior maintenance for the restaurant's interior and exterior
  • Maintain the appearance of the building and grounds including landscaping and snow removal
  • Put food orders away and rotate stock in cooler, freezer, and dry storage areas
  • Monitor shelf life and code dates of products
  • Maintain a working knowledge of restaurant equipment operation
