Located at Napleton's Elmhurst Acura dealership, the Porter role plays a crucial part in the everyday operations that support vehicle maintenance, customer experience, and dealership functionality. Responsibilities encompass a range of tasks from vehicle cleaning and upkeep to safely transporting vehicles and customers within and around the dealership premises. The Porter is expected to work closely with Sales and Service Managers to manage vehicle inventory on the lot according to the dealership’s display standards, assisting with various logistical tasks such as moving vehicles and performing grounds maintenance. This includes weather-related cleanup, as well as aiding in customer vehicle delivery, creating a seamless experience for buyers and personnel alike. The role requires proficiency in handling machinery safely, capable driving skills (both manual and automatic transmissions), and familiarity with hand and power tools.
