We are currently seeking a full-time Porter/Janitor to join our award-winning team. This role is vital in maintaining the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the community, ensuring that all residents enjoy a pristine and welcoming environment. The position involves responsibility for major floor care projects, including cleaning, buffing, and maintaining various floor surfaces to a high standard. Additionally, the porter is tasked with trash disposal duties and is responsible for the proper maintenance and care of all cleaning equipment and supplies, guaranteeing their safe and effective use. Working under the guidance of a supervisor, this role may also encompass additional specific duties assigned to support the community’s operational needs.

This is a full-time position offering competitive hourly pay ranging from $18 to $19 per hour.
