Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must be able to pass drug screen and background check
- previous floor maintenance experience preferred but not required
- must be able to perform moderate to heavy physical effort 95 percent of the work day
- must be able to stand and walk long distances up to 8 hours per day
- must be able to stoop and work from a kneeling position
- must be able to perform repetitive bending, reaching and stretching
- must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds independently

Job Duties
- perform major floor care projects such as cleaning and buffing floors
- dispose of trash and ensure proper waste management
- maintain and care for cleaning equipment and supplies
- follow safety protocols in handling equipment and materials
- assist with other specific duties as assigned by the supervisor
- support the maintenance team in keeping the environment clean and safe
- provide courteous and attentive service to residents and team members
