- Vocational or technical background
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to perform painting, carpentry, and finish work
- Experience working with fire, life, health, and safety systems
- Good communication skills
- Maintain confidentiality of resident and guest information

Job Duties
- Cleaning common areas
- Taking out trash and recycling
- Inspecting furniture, decor, and other fixtures for repairs or deep cleaning
- Reporting safety, physical appearance, or maintenance issues to management
- Ensuring adequate cleaning and repair supplies
- Assisting residents with deliveries such as groceries, newspapers, packages
- Operating the service elevator
- Assisting with emergency response services including sidewalk snow removal
- Providing maintenance support for electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems
- Performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, carpentry, light bulb replacement, plumbing, and equipment repair
- Maintaining fire, life, health, and safety systems
- Delivering 5-star service to residents, guests, and team members
- Performing other duties as assigned
