Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical activities including bending, stooping, climbing ladders, reaching, carrying, and crawling
- Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with help
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule with on-call duties during evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Occasional travel to other properties or training sessions as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart
- Basic knowledge of safety and risk management protocols
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Inspect the community regularly to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and maintain neat common areas
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready
- Transfer trash to dumpsters or storage and maintain storage areas
- Complete minor and routine service requests as directed
- Assist make-ready specialists during apartment turnovers
- Change locks per property policy and ensure pool gate compliance with safety codes
- Distribute notices and communications to residents
- Report hazards or potentially dangerous situations to supervisors
- Provide respectful customer service to residents
- Participate in safety meetings and complete OSHA and safety law training
- Promptly report accidents and incidents
