Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical activities including bending, stooping, climbing ladders, reaching, carrying, and crawling
  • Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with help
  • Flexibility to work a variable schedule with on-call duties during evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Occasional travel to other properties or training sessions as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart
  • Basic knowledge of safety and risk management protocols
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Inspect the community regularly to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and maintain neat common areas
  • Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready
  • Transfer trash to dumpsters or storage and maintain storage areas
  • Complete minor and routine service requests as directed
  • Assist make-ready specialists during apartment turnovers
  • Change locks per property policy and ensure pool gate compliance with safety codes
  • Distribute notices and communications to residents
  • Report hazards or potentially dangerous situations to supervisors
  • Provide respectful customer service to residents
  • Participate in safety meetings and complete OSHA and safety law training
  • Promptly report accidents and incidents
