The role entails daily inspections of the community to remove litter, debris, and pet waste, ensuring that common areas and amenities are always neat and welcoming to residents and visitors alike. The hourly wage ranges from $18.75 to $20.00 in Reno, with eligibility for incentive-based bonuses that may include weekly, monthly, or quarterly programs, depending on business requirements and individual performance. The job demands flexibility, including being available to respond to calls during evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.

As part of Greystar's commitment to team well-being, this position offers a comprehensive benefits package. This includes competitive medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance coverages with low or free basic employee medical costs, especially after tenure milestones. Paid time off is generous, with new employees receiving 15 vacation days, 4 personal days, 10 sick days, and 11 paid holidays annually, plus a birthday day off after one year of service. Onsite housing discounts are available at Greystar-managed communities subject to unit availability. Long-term employees benefit from a 6-week paid sabbatical after ten years of service and every five years thereafter. Additional perks include a 401(k) plan with company match, paid parental leave, fertility benefit reimbursements, employee assistance programs, various insurance plans, and charitable giving opportunities.
