Now, MMS Group is seeking an experienced Groundskeeper to join their fantastic team at a 78-unit residential property located in Cincinnati, OH. This is a part-time position where the successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and curb appeal of the property. The Groundskeeper's responsibilities are varied and essential, encompassing the upkeep of both the interior and exterior spaces to ensure the property remains inviting and well-maintained.

In this role, the Groundskeeper will be responsible for daily cleaning of all common areas, which includes duties such as dusting, sweeping, wet mopping, vacuuming, and garbage disposal. They will also be expected to identify and report any notable concerns within the property, such as vandalism, missing light bulbs or fixtures, smoke detectors, and fire extinguishers, ensuring these issues are addressed promptly by the maintenance team. Additionally, the Groundskeeper will assist with trash removal inside the building and support exterior grounds maintenance, contributing to a tidy and pleasant environment for residents.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism and safety. Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication are highly valued attributes. Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to risk management programs are paramount in this position. The Groundskeeper will be expected to handle physical demands, including lifting, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing, balancing, and carrying loads up to 50 pounds.

Working hours for this part-time role are scheduled from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on Fridays, allowing for a balanced work schedule within the week.
