Growth opportunities abound, as the company promotes from within and celebrates employee achievements through recognition programs. Additionally, associates enjoy a 20-percent discount on the company’s apartment homes, reinforcing AvalonBay’s commitment to its team members’ well-being both professionally and personally.

If you are passionate about cleanliness, enjoy hands-on maintenance tasks, and take pride in contributing to the quality of residential communities, the Porter/Custodian role at AvalonBay Communities offers a rewarding and stable career path.
