The Customer Service Attendant role at TA is a vital position focused on maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appeal of the travel center’s facilities. Additionally, flexibility is important since shifts may include nights, weekends, and some holidays. Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow safety and security guidelines
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including occasional lifting up to 50 lbs

- Take corrective action when necessary
- Wear and use protective equipment properly and safely
- Know quantities and types of cleaning supplies used for each cleaning assignment
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
