Job Duties

  • Greet every guest promptly, professionally, and with a sense of urgency upon arrival
  • create a welcoming and organized service drive experience from check-in to vehicle delivery
  • assist with vehicle check-ins, walkarounds, and accurate vehicle tagging
  • support advisors in ensuring clear, timely communication with guests
  • help deliver vehicles to guests in clean, ready condition
  • safely move, stage, and track vehicles throughout the service drive, shop, and parking lots
  • maintain awareness of vehicle status and assist in keeping shop workflow efficient
  • retrieve and prepare vehicles for technician work and customer delivery
  • assist with jump starts, fueling, and movement of inoperable vehicles
  • maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times
  • promptly clean spills and address safety concerns
  • keep service drive, shop floors, and shared work areas clean and orderly
  • restock shop and service supplies to ensure technicians and advisors are supported
  • actively learn service advisor processes, including repair order flow and communication standards
  • shadow and support advisors during guest interactions
  • begin assisting with basic updates, internal coordination, and workflow management
  • develop knowledge of services, recommendations, and dealership processes
  • assist technicians and advisors with day-to-day operational needs
  • transport vehicles to vendors, pick up parts, or assist with customer transportation as needed
  • support opening and closing procedures, including shop readiness and vehicle organization
  • take initiative during slower periods to clean, organize, and improve the workspace
  • immediately report any vehicle damage, safety concerns, or unusual issues
