We are currently searching for a motivated Food and Beverage Porter to join our energetic team. The Food and Beverage Porter plays a crucial role in our service operations by anticipating the needs of both guests and colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service flow. Key responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dish room, ensuring all dishware, flatware, and glassware meet Southern Nevada Health Department standards for cleanliness and sanitation, and replenishing these items in both the front and back of house as needed. This role is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to upholding all operational policies and health guidelines. The Porter also ensures that food and beverage preparation areas are well stocked and clean, contributing to a seamless guest experience.
This position involves consistent interaction with guests and team members, requiring the Food and Beverage Porter to be hospitable, proactive, and dependable. The role demands physical stamina as it includes standing long hours, lifting up to 45 pounds, and working in a fast-paced, sometimes hot and wet environment. A valid Food Handler's Card is required, along with the ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of restaurant experience preferred
- must demonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside the workplace
- strong customer service skills with a drive for 100 percent guest satisfaction
- ability to lift up to 45 lbs
- ability to obtain and maintain a valid food handler’s certification card

Job Duties
- Maintains the overall cleanliness and organization of the dish room
- properly cleans and sanitizes all dishware, flatware, and glassware to Southern Nevada Health Department standards
- replenishes dishware, flatware, and glassware to both the back of house and front of house as needed
- ensures clean and dry floors throughout the shift
- stocks dishware in the service aisle and cook’s line to ensure smooth service flow
- provides a strong first impression and delivers exceptional guest and team service
- adheres to all Health Department guidelines and maintains required sanitation standards
