Job Duties
- ensure that all community grounds, tour pathways, breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, amenity areas, and dumpster areas are clean and free of debris
- help with the make-ready process of apartment homes by removing trash, painting, and cleaning
- assist in routine community inspections
- complete groundskeeping, landscaping, exterior painting and repairs, irrigation tasks, and pool upkeep as directed by the Service Manager
- maintain a vibrant and welcoming community appearance
- participate in training sessions as required
- support team efforts to deliver long-term value to residents and investors
