The company currently has an immediate opening for a part-time Service Department Porter/Valet. This role is essential to the smooth functioning of the service department, offering both practical and customer-focused support. The position is ideal for motivated and outgoing individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments. The Service Department Porter/Valet is responsible for assisting customers by providing valet services, transporting vehicles and customers, and ensuring that the parking and vehicle movement within the service department are managed efficiently and safely. This role contributes significantly to enhancing the customer experience from arrival to departure, making it vital within the service team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, demonstrate politeness and respect towards customers and coworkers, and have the ability to follow directions with accuracy. Candidates must hold a valid Virginia Driver's License and be prepared to undergo a pre-employment background check, including drug screening and DMV checks. This ensures the candidate's suitability to operate vehicles safely and maintain the company’s high standards. The role supports both the operational and customer service sides of the service department, making it a blend of hands-on vehicle management and direct customer interaction. As a part-time position, it offers flexibility while providing an opportunity to work in a professional setting with a well-established automotive company.

Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Valet customers to cars
  • transport vehicles for customers and service
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the service parking area
  • assist with moving vehicles within the lot
  • help customers with loading or unloading their vehicle if needed
  • communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
  • ensure safety and security of all vehicles under care
