Job Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage
  • Physical endurance and stamina
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Welcome and assist guests by greeting and escorting arriving and departing guests
  • Transport luggage safely and organize guest belongings according to hotel standards
  • Operate property vehicles to transport guests to designated locations
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of bell carts and work areas
  • Familiarize guests with their rooms and available amenities
  • Provide exceptional guest service reflecting Hilton's hospitality values
  • Assist with ad hoc guest requests as needed
