The Porter is expected to maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores at or above company standards by delivering excellent service through attention to detail and proactive communication. A clean, organized, and safe work area is a must, alongside adherence to company policies, federal and state safety regulations, and dealership security protocols. The successful candidate will also participate in required training, keep accurate records of hours worked via the company’s timekeeping system, and consistently demonstrate the dealership’s core values such as integrity, commitment to customer enthusiasm, and accountability. This job requires regular and predictable attendance including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled, and acknowledges the physical demands of lifting up to 50 pounds and frequent movement around the dealership premises.
