This role goes beyond standard maintenance duties to also actively contribute to creating a lively and inclusive community environment that promotes resident satisfaction and long-term retention. By focusing on both the physical upkeep and the social atmosphere, the Porter helps ensure that residents enjoy a superior living experience.
The Porter is responsible for maintaining hallways, the clubhouse, and other common areas, ensuring that these spaces are clean, safe, and inviting. Beyond these maintenance tasks, the Porter is expected to engage with residents and facilitate community-building activities. This involves creating and supporting events that inspire participation, managing communication channels, and collaborating with other teams to enhance the resident experience.
This role operates during standard business hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, making it an ideal position for someone who enjoys structure and routine. Compensation is competitive, ranging from $17 to $18 per hour, complemented by a benefits package that emphasizes health, wellness, and financial security. Benefits include comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k retirement plan, paid time off that increases with tenure, and recognized holidays off.
Working as a Porter with our team means becoming a vital part of a dynamic and supportive company that values initiative, creativity, and collaboration. The role offers significant opportunities for professional development and career growth, encouraging innovative ideas and rewarding dedication with advancement possibilities. Whether your passion lies in fostering community or maintaining high standards of property care, this position offers a rewarding pathway to combine both interests.

Experience in property management or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory, as training and support are provided.
