Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in property maintenance or community roles
- ability to work Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning and maintenance
- reliable and punctual
- valid work authorization

- experience in property management or similar field preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain hallways, clubhouse, and common areas
- complete cleaning for turnover units and guest suites
- cultivate a positive and active community through content, events, and interactions

- collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance community experiences
- track community metrics and provide insights
- engage with residents to foster meaningful connections
