Brookfield Properties is currently seeking dedicated Building Cleaning Workers to join their team at Waterside Plaza, located at 30 Waterside Plaza. This position is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and orderly condition of commercial and institutional buildings, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. The role is integral to the upkeep and presentation of the properties and involves a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties to preserve the quality of the building's interiors and exteriors. This is a union position offering competitive hourly wages ranging from $22.29 to $29.72, commensurate with experience. The work schedule typically includes afternoon to late evening shifts on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, with Wednesday and Thursday off.

As a Building Cleaning Worker at Brookfield Properties, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that include cleaning offices, bathrooms, hallways, lobbies, and other areas, as well as performing minor repairs and maintenance.
