As a Porter, you are the Champion of Community Appearance, entrusted with maintaining a clean, vibrant, and welcoming environment for both current and prospective residents. Responsibilities encompass a variety of maintenance and cleaning tasks including debris removal from grounds, tour pathways, breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, amenity areas, and dumpster zones. The position also involves assisting with make-ready processes for apartment homes by performing duties such as trash removal, painting, and cleaning to prepare units for new residents.

In addition to routine cleaning and maintenance, the Porter supports community inspections and undertakes groundskeeping, landscaping, exterior painting and repairs, irrigation tasks, and pool upkeep as directed by the Service Manager.
