Trinity Property Consultants prides itself on fostering a culture that values each employee's unique skills and encourages continuous professional growth, ensuring that team members can reach their full potential while contributing meaningfully to the organization’s ongoing success.
As a property management company, Trinity Property Consultants operates with a clear focus on delivering unparalleled service to a diverse group of stakeholders including residents, investors, partners, and its dedicated team members. The company’s approach emphasizes collaboration and innovation, which has helped shape thriving communities where people love to live. Employees at Trinity enjoy a supportive, inclusive workplace environment that respects diversity and promotes equity, allowing them to embrace their authentic selves and thrive professionally and personally.
The role of the Porter at Trinity Property Consultants is integral to maintaining the high standards that define the company's reputation. This position offers a competitive hourly wage range of $14 to $15, depending on experience, along with opportunities to earn renewal bonuses. The primary responsibility of the Porter is to perform routine upkeep and maintenance of the apartment community, including buildings, amenities, and the surrounding grounds. This ensures that all residents, guests, and team members experience a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Porters are expected to uphold the community’s curb appeal by meticulously maintaining common areas, parking lots, leasing offices, and building exteriors. This role demands effective and professional communication with residents and colleagues while demonstrating a strong commitment to safety standards and operational guidelines when using any tools or equipment required for task completion. The team member will be involved in various activities such as trash removal, weather-related preparation and cleanup, and assisting with the cleaning and preparation of vacated units.
Given the physical nature of this position, it requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform duties involving standing, walking, climbing, and extensive use of hands and arms. Attention to safety is paramount, including the need to respond to auditory or visual alarms promptly. This full-time role may also require flexibility in working some nights, weekends, and occasional holidays to support community operations effectively.
Beyond the hands-on responsibilities, the Porter role at Trinity Property Consultants offers numerous benefits designed to support the well-being and professional development of its employees. These benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, retirement savings with employer match, life and disability insurance, paid holidays and vacation, sick leave in compliance with local laws, referral bonuses, volunteer time-off, employee assistance programs, competitive bonus structures, and opportunities for career advancement through extensive training and education programs. The company also provides additional perks such as corporate and lifestyle discounts.
Joining Trinity Property Consultants means becoming part of a company that not only values excellence in service delivery but also prioritizes employee satisfaction and growth. The Porter role is vital in sustaining the vibrant community atmosphere and contributing to the company's mission of creating exceptional living environments. Candidates who are passionate about property maintenance, have a professional attitude, and embrace team collaboration will find this an enriching and rewarding career opportunity.
