The responsibilities involved in this position are diverse and engaging, ranging from maintaining cleanliness of grounds and amenities to assisting in the making-ready process of apartment homes. You will ensure that tour pathways, breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, amenity areas, and dumpster locations are consistently free of debris and well maintained. Moreover, the position includes support in community inspections and routine upkeep including groundskeeping, landscaping, exterior painting and repairs, irrigation management, and pool maintenance as assigned by the Service Manager. This role is pivotal in presenting an excellent community appearance that attracts and retains residents, reinforcing Kairoi’s reputation for quality living spaces.
