The role of Porter at Article Student Living offers a full-time position within our maintenance team aimed at ensuring these high standards are met consistently day in and day out. The Porter is a key contributor to the maintenance team and is responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the community grounds, community areas, and enhancing the overall curb appeal of the property. This includes tasks such as daily on-site trash collection and supporting the maintenance team in maintaining a safe and attractive environment for all residents. Given that Article Student Living operates luxury student housing, the expectations for the property's appearance and cleanliness are elevated to meet the lifestyle needs of our student residents.

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Porter works collaboratively with other maintenance staff and property employees to deliver top-tier community experiences. This position pays between $18 and $19 per hour and includes an additional shared commission incentive. No prior experience is required, making this an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals seeking a customer service-focused role that encourages teamwork and offers a chance to grow within a dynamic company.
