This Porter role is an essential part of Redwood Communities’ property management team. The position is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal of the grounds and common areas within the property. The Porter supports the maintenance team by performing various landscaping, janitorial, and minor repair tasks, all geared towards creating a welcoming and well-maintained environment for residents and visitors. Working Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., the hire will receive competitive pay ranging from $17 to $18 per hour. This role demands a proactive, organized individual with strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism. The ideal candidate will assist in tasks such as mowing, trimming, watering, cleaning, and minor maintenance, contributing directly to the upkeep of safe, aesthetically pleasing community spaces.
