The role available is an essential maintenance position focusing on the cleanliness and upkeep of various residential and commercial property areas. Responsibilities include cleaning and polishing lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim, as well as replacing light bulbs. The position also requires cleaning large communal spaces such as rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other designated work areas. Routine tasks include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming floors and carpets, cleaning furniture and draperies, and washing walls, ceilings, windows, door panels, and woodwork. Additionally, transport of trash and waste to disposal areas is required, along with the maintenance of outdoor spaces such as cutting and trimming grass when needed. This role may also involve the transport of small equipment or tools around the property.

The ideal candidate for this position will bring hands-on maintenance experience, specifically in cleaning and basic upkeep, paired with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
