The Porter role at Slate Creek, part of EMBREY's property management team, plays a crucial part in maintaining the property's cleanliness, safety, and overall appeal. The Porter is responsible for inspecting and maintaining the property grounds, buildings, and equipment ensuring that all areas are fully functional and attractive for residents and visitors alike. Key duties include routine cleaning and debris removal, upkeep of the pool and its associated equipment, and assisting in the overall upkeep of the community to uphold EMBREY’s high standards of property management. This role requires a strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service to residents. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Porter helps sustain a welcoming and well-maintained living environment that reflects the company’s dedication to quality and resident satisfaction. Job Requirements
- One year experience as a Porter in property management or a similar position
- Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- Criminal background check
- Non-DOT testing
- Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check

Job Duties
- Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment
- Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive
- Clean and remove all trash, obstacles and debris from the community
- Maintain pool and equipment on a regular schedule
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors
- Report maintenance issues promptly to the Maintenance Supervisor
- Assist in supporting other maintenance tasks as needed
