This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a valid driver's license and clean driving record who are eager to be active, reliable, and play a vital role in supporting fleet management and repair operations. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.

Rally Fleet operates as part of RallyX, a management company that owns and manages a diverse portfolio of businesses across healthcare, residential and commercial construction, and fleet repair services. The company values its employees as its most valuable asset and fosters a culture of respect, inclusivity, and professional growth.

Working hours for this position are Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, offering a consistent schedule conducive to work-life balance. Full-time employees enjoy access to health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k plan with matching investment, vacation and paid holidays, making this a rewarding career opportunity.
