The Porter role at Trinity Property Consultants is a full-time position that involves maintaining the cleanliness and overall appeal of apartment communities, including buildings, amenities, and surrounding areas. The position operates on a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with a competitive hourly wage of $18 to $20 depending on experience, plus lease renewal bonuses. The Porter performs routine upkeep tasks such as trash removal, cleaning vacant units, weather preparation and cleanup, and maintaining the organization of supplies. Attention to detail, effective communication, and adherence to safety standards when operating equipment and tools are crucial aspects of the job.
