Delaware North is currently seeking part-time Porters for its team at Rate Field. Working as a Porter at Rate Field requires physical stamina and strong teamwork skills. Candidates should be able to lift and maneuver up to 165 pounds and handle the physical demands of pulling heavy carts throughout the facility. The work includes frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching throughout the duration of each shift. Additionally, team members must be comfortable working in variable outdoor temperatures depending on the season. No prior experience is necessary, but basic math skills for inventory counting and the ability to collaborate effectively with others in a fast-paced environment are essential.
