The Customer Service Attendant role at TravelCenters of America is vital to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction that the company is known for. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, stoop, bend over, crouch, crawl, climb and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
  • Effective communication skills
  • Commitment to safety and security guidelines
  • Willingness to wear protective equipment
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Job Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies

Job Duties

  • Clean all areas of the facility as directed and provide our guests with a clean, sanitary environment
  • Know and follow all safety and security guidelines and procedures
  • Alert to and report potentially unsafe situations caused by team members and guests
  • Take corrective action when necessary
  • Wear and use protective equipment properly and safely
  • Know quantities and types of cleaning supplies used for each cleaning assignment
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
