Job Description
Bean Automotive Group is a nationally recognized automotive group that proudly upholds Miami's rich automobile heritage. With operations spanning four prominent locations including Kendall Toyota, Lexus of Kendall, West Kendall Toyota, and Lexus of West Kendall, the group is distinguished for its commitment to exceptional customer service. At Bean Automotive Group, associates strive daily to deliver superior experiences that exceed customer expectations, ensuring satisfaction one vehicle at a time. This dedication is supported by a professional work environment that values quality, integrity, and team collaboration. The group is known for fostering a culture where associates receive competitive compensation and an extensive array of benefits that support their wellbeing both professionally and personally.
The current opportunity is for the position of Porter within one of the group’s dealerships, a key role that supports the seamless service experience for customers. In this role, the Porter is chiefly responsible for managing the movement and safety of vehicles within the service environment. This includes receiving vehicles from customers and transporting them to and from service bays where technicians perform repairs and maintenance. Beyond logistical assistance, Porters ensure the cleanliness and organization of service areas and vehicle storage lots, playing an essential part in maintaining operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Porters also have an important role in vehicle safety, especially during severe weather events such as hurricanes, where securing the dealership’s vehicle inventory is critical. The position demands a high degree of responsibility, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to vehicle care and customer service. Working as a Porter at Bean Automotive Group not only offers a chance to be part of a reputable, community-focused company but also provides access to industry-leading benefits such as generous paid time off, a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching, fully paid health and life insurance plans, and continuous training opportunities including ASE certification reimbursement. This makes the Porter role a rewarding entry point for individuals interested in automotive careers, emphasizing growth and professional development within a supportive team environment.
