Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including overnight and weekends
- Self-motivated, responsible, reliable and detail-oriented
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 8 hours at a time and work outdoors
- Proven compliance with policies and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in maintenance, custodial, or landscaping roles is an advantage
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Good communication skills
- Physically capable of performing outdoor work including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
- Flexible availability including overnight and weekends
- Proven compliance with company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Provide meticulous upkeep of flat lot parking locations, including cutting grass, cleaning pay machine shelters, removing debris and trash, and installing or moving signage
- Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Perform all designated maintenance and cleaning tasks in a timely manner
- Maintain equipment and materials in a clean and orderly condition
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
- Assist with other facility-related tasks as needed
