The Customer Service Attendant role at TA is a critical position responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across the company’s facilities to ensure a pleasant and safe environment for travelers. This role supports the company’s mission to "return every traveler to the road better than they came" by upholding the highest standards of facility maintenance. The Customer Service Attendant works within a supportive, fun, and trusting team environment that emphasizes excellent customer service. Responsibilities include cleaning all areas of the travel center as required, adhering to all safety and security guidelines, correctly using protective equipment, and managing cleaning supplies efficiently. The role requires flexibility in working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure continuous quality service for customers around the clock.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in cleaning or customer service preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to follow safety protocols and use protective equipment
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service
- clean all areas of the facility as directed and provide our guests with a clean, sanitary environment
- know and follow all safety and security guidelines and procedures
- alert to and report potentially unsafe situations caused by team members and guests
- take corrective action when necessary
- wear and use protective equipment properly and safely
- know quantities and types of cleaning supplies used for each cleaning assignment
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
