Job Description

TA is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join its team as Customer Service Attendants. This role is critical to maintaining the clean and sanitary condition of the travel centers, ensuring that every traveler visiting the facility experiences a welcoming and pleasant environment. As part of the store team, Customer Service Attendants are responsible for cleaning all areas within the facility in accordance with TA’s high standards, helping to create a safe, hygienic, and comfortable atmosphere for guests.

The Customer Service Attendant position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fun and trusting environment with a strong focus on customer service. Responsibilities include using and maintaining cleaning equipment safely, understanding and following all safety and security protocols, and being alert to any potentially unsafe conditions involving team members or guests. Flexibility is important, as the role may include working various hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The pay range for this role is $14.00 to $16.00 per hour, dependent on experience, skills, and job responsibilities. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cleaning or custodial experience preferred
