TA is currently seeking a Customer Service Attendant to join its store team. This role is integral to maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation standards of the travel center’s facilities, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for all customers. As a Customer Service Attendant, you serve as a frontline representative of the company’s commitment to excellent customer experience by delivering a clean and safe atmosphere. Responsibilities include cleaning various areas of the facility, adhering to safety and security protocols, using cleaning equipment and supplies properly, and providing prompt corrective actions when necessary. This position requires a dedicated individual who excels in teamwork, customer service, and can effectively communicate with guests and team members alike. The ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays, is essential.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to follow safety procedures
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
