The Customer Service Attendant role at TravelCenters of America offers a unique opportunity to be part of this dynamic organization. As a key member of the store team, the Customer Service Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment throughout the travel center. This position plays a critical role in enhancing the customer experience by ensuring that all facilities meet TA’s high standards of cleanliness and safety. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting and demonstrate a genuine commitment to excellent customer service. With a pay range of $16.94 to $17.50 per hour, this role offers flexible work hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred
  • ability to stand, walk, kneel, stoop, bend over, crouch, crawl, climb and repetitively use legs occasionally
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays

Job Duties

  • Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service
