Job Requirements

- ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping and mopping
- customer service experience
- reliable and punctual
- good communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- sweeping and mopping all common areas
- assisting with trash pick up of all common areas
- general upkeep of the front desk area including wiping down desk and sanitizing
- representing the company professionally to residents and guests
- maintaining cleanliness and appearance of residential buildings
- communicating effectively with team members and clients
- ensuring organizational standards are met
