Job Description

PeakMade Real Estate is an Atlanta-based real estate company specializing in the management and development of off-campus student housing, multi-family, and build-to-rent communities across the United States. Known for its innovative and inclusive approach, PeakMade combines community-oriented living solutions with excellent property management standards to create vibrant, comfortable environments for residents. The company culture promotes fun, collaboration, forward-thinking, and purpose-driven work, aiming to provide not just housing but a thriving community experience for its residents.

As a property maintenance professional at PeakMade Real Estate, your role will be essential in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality across property units and common areas. This full-time position involves preparing vacant units for occupancy with professional care, ensuring all areas remain in top condition and support resident satisfaction. You will be responsible for cleaning leasing offices, amenities, laundry facilities, and other communal spaces, following scheduled plans set by management to keep the environment welcoming and safe. Moreover, the role demands overseeing inventory, supplies, and property equipment, ensuring all materials are well-maintained and ready for use.

In addition to physical maintenance tasks, you will be expected to communicate effectively with residents and management, responding promptly and courteously to requests. Reporting any unusual or emergency conditions is also a critical part of the job, helping maintain security and operational consistency across the property. Staff adherence to OSHA standards and company safety policies is mandatory to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, your colleagues, and residents.

Physical demands of the job include frequent lifting and moving of equipment weighing up to 75 pounds, bending and stooping to access machinery for maintenance tasks, and competent use of cleaning chemicals and tools for various cleaning responsibilities. Knowledge and skill in safe equipment operation and fluid maintenance are required for success in this role.

PeakMade Real Estate values diversity, equity, and inclusion as fundamental elements of its organizational culture. The company actively promotes an inclusive atmosphere where all employees are respected and empowered, reflecting its core beliefs in respect, acceptance, and mutual support. Committed to employee development, PeakMade offers leadership training and growth opportunities alongside wellness initiatives and competitive reward programs through its LiveWell program.

Primary benefits of working with PeakMade include a 401(k) match, housing discounts which vary by property location, and a generous $1,500 sign-on bonus. The company’s clear focus on people-first values underlines its commitment to both residents and employees, aiming to create meaningful interactions and ownership at every level of operation. If you are enthusiastic about contributing to a high-energy, supportive team and thrive in roles that are dynamic, physically engaging, and community-focused, this opportunity at PeakMade Real Estate offers a great fit.
